Organizer of the "25k" competition on the Instagram account (@rollei_de) from Rollei is RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter also called the organizer), in de Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt, Germany.
Duration of the competition
The competition starts with the upload of the story on October 21, 2024 at 10 a.m. and ends after the Instagram story of 24 hours. Within this period, the competition can be participated in compliance with the entire conditions. It is not possible to take part in the competition.
Participation in the competition
Participation takes place by using users via their own Instagram account to follow the account of Rollei (@rollei_de) and responds accordingly to all question stickers. Only answers about the sticker are counted as participation. Spam answers are not counted.
Only one entry per sticker takes part in the competition per account. Competition accounts are excluded from participation.
Participation in the "25k" competition is free.
Participation for the competition
The competition is open to all natural persons with residence in Germany and Austria who have reached their 18th year of life.
Employees of RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG and their family members are excluded from the competition. Participants who use unauthorized aids or otherwise provide advantages through manipulation or other influence.
Notification and transmission of the profit
We are giving away the following profits among all participating accounts:
- Space: Easy Traveler XL in red
- Space: Easy Traveler in gray
- Place: City Traveler Mark II in gray
At the latest on October 25, 2024, three winners will be drawn from all answers by lottery. The winners will be informed by Instagram direct message and asked about their address. The profit will then be sent to the given address. If the winner does not report within four weeks after the notification, the right to the price expires.
The exchange, pick -up and a cash payment is not possible.
There is still no warranty or guarantee by RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG. A cash payment cannot be made. Only the specified profit can be obtained. RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG does not provide a replacement price.
Early termination of the competition
RCP Handels -GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to stop the competition at any time, in whole or in parts - and without compliance with deadlines and notifications, if it considers it necessary by RCP Handels -GmbH & Co. KG becomes.
Data protection
Participant data is only used for the processing and implementation of the competition as well as for sending the profit. There is no transfer to third parties from RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG. The participant is entitled to information, correction or deletion according to the legal requirements. All invited data are subject to the statutory data protection regulations. All personal data is dealt with by RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG in accordance with the legal provisions (in particular the applicable data protection laws).
